Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product (PDF or digital material) has been delivered or accessed.
Exceptions:
Refunds will only be considered if:
You were charged multiple times for the same product.
You did not receive the digital product within 24 hours of purchase (and did not access via shared links/email).
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 5-7 working days.
